Since 1972, J&H Outdoors has been helping Central Kentucky gear up for adventurefrom the backwoods to the backyardwith expert advice, quality gear, and a passion for the outdoors. Over the years, weve seen countless runners and walkers come through our doors looking for the same level of personalized service, but with a focus on their sport.

In 2025, we decided it was time to take that passion a step further. We launched J&H Running Co., Lexingtons premier run specialty store, built on the same customer-first values that have guided us for over 50 years. Located just down the street from J&H Outdoors, our sleek, modern space is designed for runners, walkers, and anyone who wants to move more comfortably.
